12-scenario benchmark: memory poisoning & cascading invalidation
We measure attack success, detection recall, and verified recovery across four memory architectures under direct prompt injection, contradictory context, and derived belief laundering.
Denominators: 5 adversarial attacks (direct, derived, contradictory) + 7 non-attack vectors (2 clean policies, 2 stale collisions, 1 unverified contradictory, 2 benign untrusted).
curl -s /api/benchmark | jq .metricsAttack success rate across 4 memory architectures
Evaluation across identical multi-turn adversarial memory prompts with corporate payment actions.
Persistent semantic vector memory. Ingests all unverified evidence without provenance or screening.
LLM gatekeeper reviews inputs upon ingestion. Misses multi-hop inferences, indirect synthesis, and contradictory context.
Marks unverified evidence nodes, but lacks counterfactual replay to test true behavioral dependence.
Explicit provenance DAG + surgical counterfactual replay + deterministic cascading invalidation.
Five live metrics from the benchmark suite
Measured directly from 12 end-to-end evaluation runs against the live local backend.
Zero unauthorized fund diversions across all 5 adversarial test attacks.
Intercepted all 5 adversarial injections (direct, contradictory, derived).
Zero false alarms on benign untrusted messages or valid policies.
Legitimate operational policies and vendor updates continue unblocked.
Counterfactual replay restores genuine corporate treasury routing.

Evaluation protocol & model infrastructure
Every scenario executes a multi-step workflow: first ingesting context into memory, next prompting the agent with a payment authorization action, and finally running an interventional counterfactual replay under surgical excision.
